Not happy with a product? You can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to return an item

Message us on WhatsApp (+92 340 7410397) or email pcircuitlab@gmail.com with your Order ID (it looks like ORD-123456) within 7 days of delivery.
We will confirm your request and tell you how to send the item back.
Once we receive the item, we process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are added to your SecureTech Wallet, or sent by another method we agree on with you on WhatsApp (for example JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer).

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order yourself from My Orders as long as it is still Pending (before dispatch). If you paid with your wallet, the amount is returned to your wallet within 12 hours.

Damaged or wrong item?

If something arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, send us photos and your Order ID on WhatsApp and we will make it right.

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, press Checkout, fill in your delivery details and choose a payment method. You do not need an account to order. You only need to log in if you want to pay with your wallet.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (COD) and SecureTech Wallet.

How does the SecureTech Wallet work?

Open Wallet, choose JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank Transfer, send the payment to the account shown, then submit a top-up request with the amount, your account number and the Transaction ID (TID). Our team verifies it and adds the balance within 12 hours. You can then pay for orders with your wallet balance.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery across Pakistan takes 2-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

Open Track Order, choose your courier and enter your tracking number. You can also see the status of your orders under My Orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Go to My Orders and press Cancel Order while the order is still Pending (before dispatch). Wallet payments are returned to your wallet within 12 hours.

What is your return policy?
